Join ManiCrew – The Heart Behind ManiFest

ManiCrew is the passionate volunteer team behind every ManiFest event.
Without ManiCrew, there would be no party!

Joining ManiCrew lets you in on the inner workings of ManiFest. You'll meet some of the coolest, funniest, and most dedicated people around. It's a fantastic way to make new friends and be part of the community, especially if you're new to the scene.

By joining ManiCrew, you:

• Help before, during, or after the party
  • Setup is usually from 12:00 to around 18:00
  • As greeter, guide, runner etc. you have a 2 hours duty between 21:00 and 04:00.
  • Take down is usually from 12:00 to around 16:00.
• Become part of an open-minded, welcoming community
• Get free entry to the party you help with
• Meet new friends and have fun — behind the scenes and on the dancefloor

Important to know:

• We aim for fair rotation of duties for everyone - meaning you can't only choose setup or only early shifts
• You become a member of the ManiCrew-family
• You get free access to the parties where you help us out - with no waiting in line
• If you have a duty during the party, you will have access to backstage area, free coatcheck and a few drinks
• Showers (if possible at the venue)
• Food and drink during setup and takedown

What we expect from you:

• You show up reliably for your agreed duty
• You represent ManiFest’s spirit and dresscode
• You bring good vibes and team spirit
• You are open to feedback and collaboration

We mainly communicate in Danish but English is often spoken too — everyone is warmly welcome.
