These terms and conditions govern the use of ManiFest’s website, www.manifest.dk, the purchase and use of tickets, participation in ManiFest events, the mandatory Consent Confirmation process, and the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy below.
By purchasing a ticket for a ManiFest event or submitting a Consent Confirmation, you accept the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase and participation. If you do not accept the applicable terms, you should not purchase a ticket or participate in the event.
Privacy and personal data
ManiFest does not sell your personal data. Personal data may, however, be processed by or shared with service providers that support our ticketing, forms, and newsletter, as further described in the Privacy Policy below.
Personal data and Consent Confirmation
Acceptance of these terms is not used as consent for marketing. ManiFest processes personal data where necessary to administer ticket purchases, event participation, the mandatory Consent Confirmation process and necessary event-related communication. Optional marketing is based on a separate, active consent.
Providing the information required to administer a ticket purchase and a valid Consent Confirmation is necessary in order to purchase or use a ticket and gain entry to a ManiFest event. Consent to receive marketing is optional and is not a condition of admission.
Personal data is used only for the purposes described in this document and may be processed by relevant service providers where necessary to provide those services.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also exercise your data protection rights as described below. Some personal data may need to be retained where another lawful basis applies, including where information is required to administer an event, comply with legal obligations, or handle an ongoing complaint, incident or legal claim.
Consent Confirmation
Each attendee must complete a valid Consent Confirmation before gaining entry to a ManiFest event. The Consent Confirmation is mandatory for admission and is separate from any optional consent to receive marketing.
Each attendee must complete their own Consent Confirmation. At entry, the attendee must be able to present the required ticket and Consent Confirmation and, where requested, photo identification matching the name used in the Consent Confirmation.
ManiFest may contact ticket holders or attendees with information that is necessary for an event for which they hold a ticket, such as practical information, important changes, cancellation information, safety information or access instructions. Such service messages are separate from optional marketing and will be limited to information relevant to the event.
Consent Confirmation data is retained for up to three months after the relevant event and is then deleted, unless specific information is reasonably required for an ongoing complaint, incident, dispute or legal claim.
Payment transactions and fees
ManiFest uses www.billetlugen.dk as ticket provider.
Ticket sales
You can buy tickets subject to any purchase limits stated for the individual event. To gain entry, each ticket holder must also have completed their own valid Consent Confirmation. Read more in the Consent Confirmation section above.
No Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable or choose not to attend. Tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law if ManiFest cancels an event or makes a material change to it.
If you resell or transfer a ticket, the new attendee must complete their own Consent Confirmation. We recommend not using Facebook and similar platforms for resale, as we have unfortunately seen cases of fraud.

Who may receive or process your data?
Personal data may be shared with or processed by service providers that support ManiFest’s ticketing, website and form hosting, email/newsletter delivery, technical automation and IT operations. Where a provider acts as a data processor, it processes personal data on ManiFest’s instructions and is subject to applicable data protection requirements. Where a provider acts as an independent data controller, its own privacy notice will apply.
Marketing
Receiving ManiFest marketing is optional. If you actively choose the marketing option in the Consent Confirmation or another signup form, ManiFest may send you email about upcoming ManiFest events, ticket sales and ManiFest news. The marketing option is separate from the mandatory Consent Confirmation and declining it does not affect your ticket or admission.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the 'Unsubscribe' link in a marketing email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of marketing sent before the consent was withdrawn.
Necessary service messages about an event for which you hold a ticket are not dependent on marketing consent, provided those messages are limited to information relevant to that event.
What are your data protection rights?
ManiFest would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request access to the personal data ManiFest processes about you. Requests are generally handled free of charge, subject to the exceptions permitted by applicable law.
