HOW TO BUY TICKETS FOR MANIFEST
Three things for entry: Ticket + PARTICIPATION FORM + Photo ID.
From September 28 2026 we are changing the way tickets work at ManiFest.
You no longer need to create an account or be a ManiFest member to buy a ticket. You can simply buy one or more tickets directly through our website.
At the same time, there is one important new requirement:
Every person attending ManiFest must personally complete our Participation Form before the event.
And when you arrive, you’ll need three things:
✓ Your personal Participation Form confirmation email
✓ A valid ticket
✓ Photo ID matching the name on your Participation Form
THE SHORT VERSION
Going to ManiFest? Here’s all you need to know.
1. BUY YOUR TICKET(S)
Buy one or more tickets through manifest.dk.
You no longer need a ManiFest membership or login to purchase tickets.
2. COMPLETE THE PARTICIPATION FORM
After purchasing, you’ll receive a link to the ManiFest Participation Form.
Every guest must personally complete their own Participation Form, using:
✓ Their own legal name
✓ Their own unique email address
You cannot complete the Participation Form on behalf of someone else.
Bought tickets for friends or a partner? Simply share the Participation Form link with them so they can complete their own form.
3. KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION
Once you’ve completed the Participation Form, you’ll receive your personal Participation confirmation by email.
Keep it. You’ll need it at the entrance.
4. BRING PHOTO ID
Bring photo ID with you to ManiFest. The name on your photo ID must match the name on your Participation Form.
AT THE ENTRANCE, EVERY GUEST MUST HAVE:
✓ Their personal Participation Form confirmation email
✓ A valid ticket
✓ Photo ID matching the name on the Participation Form
All three are required for entry.
TICKET + PARTICIPATION FORM + PHOTO ID = ENTRY
That’s the important part.
A SMOOTHER TICKET EXPERIENCE
The goal is ultimately simple: Fewer unnecessary steps when buying a ticket. More clarity about what is required when attending.
You can buy tickets easily – including tickets for other people – while every individual guest remains personally responsible for completing their own Participation process.
EASIER ACCESS
You no longer need to create an account or membership before buying a ticket.
If you discover ManiFest and decide you want to join us, buying a ticket should be straightforward.
BUY FOR YOURSELF – OR FOR YOUR FRIENDS
You can buy more than one ticket in the same transaction.
So if you’re coming as a couple or with friends, one person can purchase the tickets for everyone.
But there is an important distinction: You can buy someone else's ticket. You cannot fill out a Participation Form on someone else's behalf.
Every guest must personally read and complete the Participation Form.
LESS DATA, LESS ADMINISTRATION
Removing the membership requirement also means we no longer need to maintain a membership system simply to give people access to tickets.
That means less unnecessary personal data to manage, less administration behind the scenes and a simpler process for both our guests and our team.
Most importantly, it allows us to focus our systems on the information we actually need to run ManiFest safely and smoothly.
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OLD MANIFEST MEMBERSHIP?
With the introduction of the new ticket system, ManiFest membership is no longer required – and we no longer maintain a membership database.
As part of this change, we have closed the existing membership database and deleted the personal information that was stored as part of your ManiFest membership.
WHAT HAVE WE KEPT?
We have retained your name and email address on our mailing list, so that we can continue to send you:
- ManiFest news and updates
- Information about upcoming parties and events
- Important practical information and announcements
Your name and email address are therefore no longer stored as part of a ManiFest membership, but remain on our mailing list for communications.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
In short:
- Membership database including all data → Deleted
- Name + email on our mailing list → Retained
There is no longer a ManiFest membership to maintain, renew or use when purchasing tickets.
BOUGHT MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
No problem. You can buy tickets for your partner, friends or anyone else you’re attending with.
After purchasing, you go to the Participation Form.
Share that link with everyone you bought a ticket for.
Each person must then:
- Open the Participation Form themselves
- Complete the form using their own name and email address
- Submit the form
- Receive their own personal Participation confirmation email
- Bring photo ID matching the name they entered on the Participation Form
- Show Ticket, Participation Confirmation email and matching photo ID at the door.
You cannot use the same email address for multiple guests, and you cannot complete the form on behalf of another person.
One person = One Participation Form = One personal confirmation.
CAN I REFUND, REBOOK OR TRANSFER MY TICKET?
Tickets purchased for ManiFest are valid only for the specific event for which they were purchased.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be rebooked or moved to another ManiFest event, and we do not offer refunds.
You are, however, welcome to sell or give your ticket to someone else.
If a ticket changes hands, the new ticket holder must personally complete their own Participation Form before attending.
The new guest must:
✓ Complete the Participation Form themselves
✓ Use their own name and email address
✓ Receive their own personal Participation confirmation
✓ Bring photo ID matching the name on their Participation Form
If you have already completed a Participation Form for the event, your Participation confirmation cannot be transferred to the new ticket holder.
The ticket can change hands. Participation Form cannot.
The new guest therefore needs:
Their own Participation Form + The transferred ticket + Their own photo ID
WHAT DO I NEED AT THE ENTRANCE?
Every guest needs three things.
1. YOUR PERSONAL PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION
You must have personally completed the Participation Form for the event using your own name and your own unique email address.
Once completed, you’ll receive your personal confirmation by email.
Bring this confirmation email with you.
2. YOUR VALID TICKET
Your ticket may have been purchased by you or by someone else.
It must be valid for the specific ManiFest event you are attending.
3. YOUR PHOTO ID
Bring photo ID.
The name on your photo ID must match the name on your Participation Form.
ALL THREE ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
